Proverbs 29:2 When the righteous are in authority, the people rejoice: but when the wicked beareth rule, the people mourn.
Proverbs 29:12 If a ruler hearken to lies ㆍ, all his servants are wicked.
Proverbs 29:16 When the wicked are multiplied, transgression increaseth: but the righteous shall see their fall.
